I led cross-functional teams in executing Google Search Ads and paid social campaigns to drive engagement for a museum client, focusing on key performance metrics including membership enrollments, volunteer meet-and-greet participation, event attendance (Oct–Nov), and overall visitation.

 

The client aimed to expand brand awareness and reach new audiences. In response, we crafted a holistic digital strategy that balanced brand storytelling with performance-driven tactics, closely aligned with the museum’s mission and values.

 

Our campaign efforts resulted in increased visibility across digital platforms and delivered measurable growth in volunteer sign-ups, membership conversions, and event attendance.

At La Bella Cosmetic Surgery, the primary objective was to boost qualified leads and increase conversion rates. I led cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns. We conducted market research, identified key audience segments, and tailored content and ad creatives to maximize engagement. Our focus was on driving interest in cosmetic procedures and encouraging prospective clients to book personalized consultations for beauty enhancements and services.

I led a dynamic team in developing and executing a 7-day strategic digital marketing campaign for Modest Rose Clothing, under the mentorship of Senior Captain Stephanie Sum and Co-Captains Agnes Julienne Bautista and Katherine Foley. We successfully met client objectives across SEO, SEM/Google Ads, Paid Social, and Paid Search, resulting in a significant increase in impressions and website traffic.

 

Our SEO team enhanced site visibility through keyword implementation, metadata optimization, and improved content and layout design. Paid Social teams focused on boosting engagement and awareness through targeted content, emphasizing diversity and brand storytelling. The SEM team built a comprehensive Google Ads strategy, including keyword curation and campaign structure to optimize reach and performance.

 

This project sharpened my leadership skills and gave me hands-on experience orchestrating cross-functional marketing efforts in a real-world client setting.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, I led a cross-functional team in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign focused on brand awareness, sales growth, and brand revitalization. My role involved coordinating with media planning, organic social, paid social, and paid search teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.

 

I conducted an in-depth client analysis to identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and target demographics, informing all strategic decisions. I collaborated with the media planning team to assess market positioning and growth potential.

 

The organic social team, under my guidance, optimized social media presence, refined brand aesthetics, and developed a strategic content calendar with effective hashtag implementation. Our Paid Social team crafted tailored ad strategies aligned with sales and awareness goals, and I provided support with Meta Ads Manager to ensure successful campaign execution.

 

I also led the Paid Search team in building mock campaigns through Google Ads, conducting thorough keyword research, and implementing negative keywords to boost performance and SERP visibility. Additionally, I contributed to the client’s digital presence by designing a website and presenting UX/UI concepts via compelling slide decks.

 

Through strategic insight, collaboration, and a strong command of digital marketing tools, I successfully met client objectives and delivered impactful, data-driven results.
